1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

• 위치: 위치 권한을 허용하면 정확한 위치 또는 대략적인 위치를 이용해 주변 화장실 검색, 거리 표시, 도보 길찾기를 제공합니다. 조회 중심과 경로의 출발·도착 좌표가 서버로 전송됩니다. 위치 권한을 거부해도 기본 지역의 지도를 볼 수 있지만 현재 위치 기반 기능은 제한됩니다. 백그라운드 위치 권한은 사용하지 않습니다.
• 앱 식별값: 앱의 웹 저장소에 생성한 무작위 식별값을 서버에 보내 본인이 등록한 화장실 정보를 구분합니다. 실명 계정, 전화번호, 광고 ID가 아닙니다.
• 직접 등록한 내용: 화장실명, 주소·좌표, 찾아가는 방법, 운영시간, 공개 범위 및 등록·수정 시각을 식별값과 함께 서버에 저장합니다. 등록은 선택사항입니다. 입력란에 연락처 등 불필요한 개인정보를 적지 마세요.
• 접속·이용 기록: 요청 시각, 요청 주소와 검색·경로 좌표, IP 주소, 브라우저·웹뷰 정보, 응답 상태와 오류 기록이 서비스 제공·장애 확인·보안 운영을 위해 서버 로그에 남을 수 있습니다. 광고 목적의 행동 프로파일링에 사용하지 않습니다.
• 즐겨찾기와 언어 설정: 기기에 저장합니다. 즐겨찾기한 장소의 ID를 저장하는 기능과 서버에 화장실을 직접 등록하는 기능은 다릅니다. 기기 백업 설정에 따라 기기 자료가 복원될 수 있습니다.
• 문의·삭제 요청: 이용자가 이메일로 연락하면 이메일 주소, 문의 내용 및 본인 등록 자료 확인에 필요한 정보를 요청 처리에 이용합니다.

2. 외부 서비스와 데이터 전송

• 가비아 호스팅: 급똥 SOS의 웹·API 운영과 자료 보관에 이용합니다.
• 카카오 지도: 지도 표시와 경로 안내에 사용합니다. 지도 SDK의 통신 과정에서 IP·브라우저 정보와 지도 요청 정보가 카카오 측으로 전송되며, 도보 길찾기의 출발·도착 좌표는 서버를 통해 카카오 API로 전송됩니다. 카카오 개인정보처리방침도 확인할 수 있습니다.
• 외부 지도 연결: 외부 지도 기능을 선택하면 연결되는 지도 서비스에 목적지 등 길찾기에 필요한 정보가 전달될 수 있습니다. 이후 처리는 해당 서비스의 방침을 따릅니다.
• 공개 등록: ‘모두에게 공개’를 선택한 장소 정보는 검토 후 다른 이용자에게 제공될 수 있습니다. 개인용 등록과 공개 등록을 구분하며, 운영자가 실제로 승인하기 전의 공개 요청은 대기 상태일 수 있습니다.

사용자 데이터를 판매하거나 광고를 위해 제공하지 않습니다. 앱과 서비스 서버 간 데이터는 HTTPS로 전송합니다.

3. 보관과 삭제

• 검색 좌표는 요청 처리에 사용되며, 경로 결과는 서버 메모리에서 최대 5분간 유효한 캐시로 재사용됩니다. 만료 자료는 조회 또는 캐시 정리 시 제거됩니다. 좌표가 접속·오류 로그에도 남을 수 있으므로 모든 위치 정보가 즉시 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다.
• 등록한 장소 정보와 연결된 앱 식별값은 등록 정보 제공을 위해 유지되며, 본인 확인을 거친 삭제 요청 처리 또는 운영자의 자료 정리 시 삭제합니다. 현재 등록 자료에 고정된 자동 만료 기간은 없습니다.
• 접속·오류 로그는 장애 확인과 보안 운영에 보관됩니다. 현재 고정된 자동 삭제 주기는 설정되어 있지 않습니다. 본인과 관련된 기록의 삭제 요청을 접수하면 식별 가능한 기록을 확인해 처리하고, 삭제 범위와 보관이 필요한 사유가 있으면 안내합니다.
• 이메일 문의 자료는 문의·삭제 요청을 처리하는 동안 보관하고, 처리가 끝나 더 이상 필요하지 않은 개인정보는 정리합니다. 법령에 따른 보관 의무가 있는 경우에는 해당 근거와 기간을 안내합니다.
• 앱 삭제나 기기 저장소 초기화만으로 서버에 등록한 자료가 자동 삭제되지는 않습니다. 식별값이 사라지면 본인 등록 자료 확인이 어려울 수 있으므로 먼저 삭제를 요청해 주세요.

4. 데이터 삭제 요청

sw80.suh@gmail.com으로 제목을 ‘급똥 SOS 데이터 삭제 요청’으로 하여 보내 주세요.

1. 앱의 하단 개인정보 / Privacy 메뉴에서 ‘삭제 요청 정보 복사’를 누릅니다.
2. 복사한 정보와 삭제할 등록 내용·대략적인 등록 시점을 이메일에 붙여 넣습니다. 필요하면 관련 접속 기록의 삭제도 요청할 수 있습니다.
3. 운영자가 본인 등록 자료를 확인하고 해당 자료와 연결된 식별값의 삭제를 처리한 뒤 결과를 회신합니다. 추가 확인이 필요하거나 삭제 범위에 제한이 있으면 이유를 안내합니다.

앱을 사용할 수 없어도 위 이메일로 직접 요청할 수 있습니다. 비밀번호, 주민등록번호, 신분증은 보내지 마세요. 앱 식별값은 본인 등록 자료 확인에 사용되므로 공개 게시판에 올리지 마세요.

급똥 SOS에는 회원가입·로그인 기능이 없으며 삭제할 회원 계정도 없습니다. 이 절차는 서버에 등록된 이용자 자료의 삭제를 위한 것입니다.

5. 선택권과 보호 조치

휴대전화 설정에서 위치 권한을 변경하거나 철회할 수 있습니다. 등록과 공개 여부도 이용자가 선택합니다. 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제 관련 문의는 위 이메일로 접수합니다. 전송 암호화와 접근 제한을 적용하며, 개인정보 처리에 영향을 주는 변경은 이 페이지에 알립니다.

서비스는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 기획되지 않았습니다. 아동 정보가 의도치 않게 등록된 경우 운영자에게 알려 주시면 확인 후 조치합니다.

Information we process

With your permission, precise or approximate location is sent to our server for nearby toilet search and walking directions. Search centers and route endpoints are included in requests. Location permission is optional; without it, the map may show a default area. We do not request background location permission.

A random app identifier stored on your device is sent to identify your registered places. It is not your name, phone number or advertising ID. If you choose to register a toilet, its name, address, coordinates, directions, hours, visibility and timestamps are stored with this identifier. Do not enter unnecessary personal information.

Server access and error logs may include request times, URLs and coordinates, IP addresses, browser/WebView details, response status and errors for service operation, troubleshooting and security. Favorites and language preferences are stored on your device; device backups may restore them. Email requests include your email address and the information needed to handle the request.

Providers and sharing

Gabia hosts our service. Kakao provides map and routing services: map requests can transmit IP/browser information and map request data to Kakao, and route endpoints are sent through our server to Kakao. See Kakao's privacy policy. Opening an external map may transmit destination or routing information to that provider. Places submitted as public may be shown to others after review. We do not sell user data or share it for advertising. App-to-server traffic uses HTTPS.

Retention

Walking routes may be reused in a server memory cache with a five-minute validity period; expired entries are removed when accessed or evicted. Location can also remain in server logs, so it is not all deleted immediately. Registered places and linked identifiers remain until a verified deletion request is processed or the operator removes the records; there is currently no fixed automatic expiry. Access/error logs currently have no fixed automatic deletion schedule. You can request deletion of identifiable records; we will explain any identification limits or required retention. Email information is kept while handling your request and unnecessary personal information is then removed. Uninstalling the app does not delete server records.

Request deletion

Email sw80.suh@gmail.com with the subject “Geupttong SOS data deletion”. In the app, open 개인정보 / Privacy and choose 삭제 요청 정보 복사 / Copy deletion details. Paste the copied details and the places you want removed into your email. You may also request deletion of identifiable access records. The operator verifies ownership, deletes the relevant records and linked identifier, and replies with the outcome or any limitations. If you cannot use the app, email us directly. Do not send passwords, identity documents or national ID numbers, or post your app identifier publicly.

The app does not offer account registration or login. This process deletes app data, not a user account. You can revoke location permission in device settings, choose whether to register/share places, and contact us about access, corrections or deletion. The service is intended for teens and adults, not children under 13. Policy changes will be posted here.
